Services and prices
Each service listing defines its included task, area or length, and exclusions. Prices are in USD. Local travel within the service area is $0 and checkout tax is shown as $0. The tax display is not a claim of legal tax exemption. Larger areas, specialist treatments or changed scope require separate agreement.
Requests and acceptance
A request is subject to confirmation of the service area, scope, site suitability and visit arrangements. A requested date is a preference until agreed. Payment authorisation alone does not establish that an appointment has been accepted.
Payment authorisation
By authorising a payment, you confirm that you may use the chosen payment method for the agreed amount. Payment and booking information will be communicated according to the accepted service arrangements. No named payment provider is specified by these terms.
Access and performance
You must provide the agreed access and necessary water or power connections, and identify hazards and fragile areas. We adapt cleaning and maintenance to the condition of the property. Complete stain removal, permanent weed prevention and restoration of damaged surfaces are not guaranteed.
Weather and changes
Unsafe or unsuitable weather and site conditions may require a mutually agreed change of date. Additional work or changes to scope and price require agreement before they are carried out.
Cancellation and service concerns
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Contact us about work already begun or any concern with completed work. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains reporting and resolution. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights.
